A smooth, café-style Caramel Mocha Frappé made right in the Ninja SLUSHi Max using SlushAssist mode. If you’re using another model, try the Frappé preset—or Manual mode at 2 bars—for the same rich, creamy result.

Instructions
Combine the ingredients
In a large pitcher, whisk together the chilled coffee, half & half, caramel sauce, and chocolate syrup until smooth and fully blended.
Choose your setting
Ninja SLUSHi Max: Pour the mixture into the pitcher and select SlushAssist mode.
Other Ninja SLUSHi models: Use the Frappé preset if your machine has it.
Manual models: If your model doesn’t include a Frappé preset, use Manual mode set to 2 bars to achieve a similar consistency.
Slush to perfection
Let the machine work until the texture is thick, frosty, and smooth—similar to a blended coffee drink you’d get from a café.
Serve and garnish
Pour into glasses and top with whipped cream. Drizzle caramel and chocolate syrup over the top, then finish with a sprinkle of chocolate shavings.
