If you’ve ever tried the frosted lemonade served at Chick-fil-A®, you know how addictive that mix of tart lemon and creamy sweetness can be. Many copycat recipes for the Ninja SLUSHi suggest mixing a full can of sweetened condensed milk with regular lemonade, but that combination ends up with far too much sugar for most tastes.
I found that using Crystal Light Lemonade packets (the kind made for pitchers) keeps the flavor bright while bringing the sugar percentage to about 14.66%. That lands right between the diet version (around 12.5%) and the regular version (around 17%) of the original restaurant drink.
The result is smooth, frosty, and refreshing without being heavy. It’s an easy at-home version that delivers a similar flavor and texture without needing a drive-thru run.
Made in the Ninja SLUSHi, it’s quick to make and turns out beautifully creamy.
